>If you are a storyteller with terrific penmanship, you might consider submitting to Keyhole’s intriguing By Hand issue. Here’s the info:

We’re looking for hand-written poetry, fiction, or anything else literary.

If you have the ability to scan documents, feel free–send to submissions@keyholepublications.com (also include a separate .doc file with text).

If you can’t scan yourself, mail to:

Keyhole
1307-B 15th Avenue South,
Nashville, TN 37212.

Keep the size in mind. The journal is 6×9 inches. Write on any paper size but keep text within a 6×9 area. May use multiple pages if necessary. Write it out on any surface that can be scanned. Illustrations are welcome too.

If we get a good response we want to put out an extra, completely hand-written issue.

About smokelong

Our Mission: SmokeLong Quarterly is dedicated to bringing the best flash fiction to the web on a quarterly basis, whether writtenwidely published authors, or those new to the craft. The term "smoke-long" comes from the Chinese, who noted that reading a piece of flash takes about the same length of time as smoking a cigarette. All the work we publish is precisely that—about a smoke long.
