WHAT SUSAN LIKES IN FLASH:
“Grab me with your first syllables. Make me look. Write with guts and purpose. Find the music in language. Let meaning echo. Make me wish I’d written it. Follow my RECIPE.”
Boring beginnings. Trite language. Outrageousness for its own sake. Misogyny.
