About:

Wendy is a PhD candidate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she served as senior fiction reader for Prairie Schooner. She won the 2013 Washington Square Fiction Award (judged by Karen Russell), and her stories appear in Baltimore Review, [PANK], Copper Nickel, and elsewhere. Tomorrow, she’s moving back to Los Angeles.
